Media Help

Having problems viewing or downloading media?

Try the following.

First, some of the media files are large and can take a while to load into your browser, especially if your local network is experiencing congestion. Please wait a little bit. If it still doesn't load, proceed to the next step.

Second, try downloading the file and viewing it locally. To do this, right-click on the link to the file on a Windows PC, or CTRL-click on the link to the file on an Apple Macintosh. Please pay close attention to where the file will be saved. Once it is downloaded, find the file and run it. Our videos and audio files are encoded in standard formats and should play without a problem on all modern standard installations of operating systems on both Windows and Macintosh computers. If the file still doesn't play after being fully downloaded to your local computer, then please proceed to the next step.

Finally, if the files still don't play there is a chance that the media player you are using needs updating or reinstalling. Please follow the links below to update or reinstall your player of choice. If you are on a corporate network you may need to contact your system administrator to do these updates for you.
